Online Orders Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms” and/or “Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale and delivery of all products (the “Products” and/or “Product” and/or “Item”) ordered/purchased via the website (“Website”) between DOMUS DESIGN CENTER INC (“ddc” and/or “Company” and/or “we”) and a consumer, meaning a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity that may be carried out (“Customer” and/or “you”).

By placing an order for Products on the Website, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Shipping and Return Policy.

You will not be able to purchase the Products through the Website if you do not accept the Terms and the Policy.

You may purchase from the Website:

        • Products listed with “New” as condition: These are Products that are new in box.
        • Products listed with “Floor Sample” as condition: These are Products previously used for showroom display. They may present imperfections and are sold as is. We make an effort in providing you images reflecting such imperfections. By placing an order, you acknowledge that there might be such imperfections in your purchase of Floor Sample Products. Returns and refunds are never accepted for Floor Sample Products, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

Some Products may be pictured with a different finish and/or color compared to the actual finish and/or color available. Please check products description and images carefully, and inquire if you need any clarifications.

All orders are paid in full at the moment of the online purchase. All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.

Sales prices are expressed in USD, taxes and shipping charges are not included. All applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be visible during check-out. Taxes are calculated based on various factors, including, without limitation, the type of Product purchased, the price of the Product and the destination of the shipment.

Please note that the sales prices may change at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to check the final price before submitting the order.

In the event that any items listed on the Website are incorrectly priced, the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the Customer has received an Order Confirmation or paid for the order. If the order is cancelled by the Company after payment has already been made, the Company will refund the amount of the incorrectly priced item to the Customer in due course.

The following methods are accepted for payment:

Direct bank transfer/wire transfer – you need to complete the payment within 1 business day from order submission.

Credit card American Express – We currently do not accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

Any and all claims to this agreement will be settled in New York in accordance with NY state laws.


Showroom Orders Terms & Conditions

All orders require 50% or more for deposit with Amex card or check; Balance due payment with cash or check only before delivery, no credit card payment for
balance. No agreement or understanding will be binding unless written on sales order. No cancellation of order once deposit payment is made. If buyer cancels order, seller will
retain deposit as liquidated damages. All orders are subject to factory acceptance and subject to delay by accidents, strikes, or causes beyond our control.

Floor samples purchased must be paid in full, merchandise may present imperfections and is sold in as is condition. All sales on floor samples are final.

Customers own fabric and leather sent to factories will be billed to costumer including delivery and duty charges. All sizes noted on orders are length x depth x height or diameter x height.

All verification of building access and entry measurements for delivery are the responsibility of costumer. Local delivery charge is collect from warehouse unless amount is noted on sales order.

Additional fees will be charged for walk-ups, extra time for unusual deliveries and re-deliveries. If buyer does not take delivery within thirty days of arrival of goods storage charges will be billed.

Any and all claims to this agreement will be settled in New York in accordance with NY state laws.
