Leafprint side table A
A gem-shaped volume in copper-plated steel, the Leafprint Side Table draws its form from the prismatic structures of metallic minerals. Real leaves and underwood plant fragments, immersed in tannin-based solutions and oxidizing agents, interact with the metal to produce one-of-a-kind surface textures and patinas with organic, ever-changing hues. The mirrored copper surfaces play with light and depth, shifting dynamically with the gaze and the surrounding environment.
