Kintai

Kintai is a sculptural table with a strong visual impact, characterized by a balance effect between the elements that make it up. A real domestic architecture that recalls the Eastern world and the theme of the Zen balance. A balance that is not only static but also formal. The massive, strong and commanding base is in contrast with a thin, elegant and floating top. The juxtaposition between the two elements is softened and balanced by the use of the same material, dark thermo-treated oak. Static and in motion at the same time, Kintai is the expression of Zen balance.
