Excelsior

Exploring different worlds that can be expressed through the wood has always been Emmemobili's preferred setting, and this year it introduces it's first lighting accessory: the EXCELSIOR lamp. Through the use of the curved multilayer technology we have produced large wooden bands that are screwed around a center in a descending order, to define an oblong volume. The light penetrates trhough the solids and voids created by the individual bands, spreading a warm glow that makes the object even more mysterious and sophisticated. Despite the use of curved wood and the simple and clean form, this chandelier has nothing to do with the essence of the Nordic taste, but it is an important and sophisticated presence in any room in the same way as a glass chandelier. The EXCELSIOR lamp is divided in two families: small and large.
